Can you turn my existing business logo into a neon sign?

In many cases, yes. Upload your logo and we will review it to determine how it can best be translated into LED neon. Very fine details, gradients or extremely small lettering may need to be simplified. Any recommended changes will be shown in your design proof.

Will I see the design before you make my sign?

Yes. You will receive a digital design proof for approval before your custom sign enters production.

What if I'm unsure which size I need?

Send us a photo of your wall along with its approximate width. We can recommend an appropriate sign size based on your space and logo.

Can I choose the color?

Yes. You will be able to select from available LED neon colors. Multi color designs may also be possible depending on your logo.

Can every logo be reproduced exactly?

Not always. LED neon has different design requirements from printed graphics. Very thin lines, gradients, tiny text and highly detailed artwork may require modification. We will show you any proposed changes before production.

How long will my sign take?

Every Zenova sign is made to order. Production and shipping estimates are provided during the ordering process and can vary depending on design complexity and destination.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

Contact Zenova Support promptly with photographs of the sign and packaging. We will review the issue according to our Shipping and Warranty policies.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Eligible Zenova custom LED neon signs include a 2-year limited warranty. Please see our Warranty Policy for complete coverage and exclusions.
